"Thank you Katie so much for helping us to improve our son’s sleep.

We are so glad now we looked into a private sleep specialist after being turned down by doctors and pediatricians because of our son's age. Luckily you were recommended to us, as if we hadn't gone down this route, we would still be suffering from wake-ups every 30 minutes along with early mornings such as 3:30am.

The knowledge, advice and sleep schedule has really helped us, and will continue to help us both in the future. "We came to Katie when we were in a sleep crisis. Our twins were waking every hour alternately and we were breastfeeding 8-12 times a night. We knew something had to change but were initially nervous about 'sleep training'.

“Katie was so lovely and an amazing help! When our little boy was 10 months old, he fed to sleep almost every time he took a nap and could not sleep without being rocked or fed. With Katie’s help, he went from 5 feeds throughout the night to sleeping from 7pm to 7am with one feed.

The plan she has drawn for us was very comprehensible and every time I felt I didn’t know how to approach the challenges that arisen throughout the process, Katie would timely respond to my questions and take calls to give me guidance. Could not recommend her enough!
